All Good Architects is a small architecture studio based in Mount Pleasant, Canterbury, New Zealand with a focus on residential new builds, additions, and renovations. This detail-oriented practice was formed in 2025 by Douglas Gibbons, who has 15 years of professional experience working for award-winning architecture firms in Vancouver, Canada and Christchurch, New Zealand. 

Douglas takes a contemporary approach to architecture, with the 'less is more' adage serving as a foundation for his designs. As such, minimal material palettes and clean interior aesthetics are common components of his approach to architecture. 

His wife, Daniella, is a registered architect, and together they spend their free time enjoying Canterbury’s coastal beauty, outdoor activities, and South Island lifestyle. Buffalo is their black Labrador Retriever, and she leads the way whenever possible. Together, they are proud to call Christchurch their permanent home.
